Emily Tupper

Paediatric Occupational Therapist & Co-Director

Emily is a founder and Occupational Therapist at Bright Path Paediatric Therapy. She is known for her warm, encouraging approach and her ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with children and families.

Emily is passionate about providing therapy that is meaningful and engaging. She takes a strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming approach and works closely with families, educators, and support networks to ensure strategies are relevant and easily embedded into everyday life. She enjoys supporting families across home, school, and community environments.

Emily has experience supporting children with a range of developmental needs and focuses on building everyday life skills, confidence, and independence. She also has experience with equipment prescription and enjoys finding practical solutions that support participation. In addition to her clinical work, Emily has experience providing supervision and support to new graduate therapists.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys baking and cooking, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new cafés.
