Emma Wilson

Paediatric Occupational Therapist & Co-Director

Emma is a founder and Occupational Therapist at Bright Path Paediatric Therapy. A paediatric occupational therapist since 2021, she is known for her calm, approachable nature and her ability to build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families.

Emma is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels understood and valued. She takes a family-centred approach and works closely with families, educators, and each child’s wider support network to ensure therapy goals are meaningful, practical, and transferable to everyday life.

Emma enjoys working with children across a range of ages and developmental needs, with a particular interest in supporting children in the early years. She has a strong focus on helping children build foundational skills as they navigate kindergarten and the transition to school, including emotional regulation, play skills, attention, and independence.

Emma is dedicated to empowering children and families by celebrating strengths, building confidence, and providing clear strategies that can be used at home, early learning settings, and school. She believes that when families feel supported and informed, children are best placed to thrive.

When she’s not working, she enjoys keeping active, heading to the beach, baking, and adventures with her dog Mable.

She has completed further training in:
