Our practice believes that every child and family has the right to safe, respectful, and high-quality occupational therapy. We welcome feedback, concerns, and complaints as valuable opportunities to improve our clinical services, space, and parent support systems.
Families will never face negative consequences or changes to their child's care as a result of voicing an issue. All complaints are treated with strict confidentiality and in line with privacy laws.
