Travel & funding.

  • Because we come to you, we follow NDIS provider travel guidelines. We can charge for travel time to and from your child’s appointment, plus a small kilometre cost ($0.99/km). These fees help cover time and vehicle expenses when supporting families in homes, schools, and communities. Travel fees will be calculated and discussed based on your chosen location.

  • As an unregistered NDIS provider, we can support children with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS plans. All our fees align with the current NDIS price guidelines.

    No GP referral needed!

  • You may be able to claim a rebate through your private health fund. Because cover varies between insurers, please check with your provider to see what’s included under your extras (initial session – 100, subsequent sessions – 200).

    No GP referral needed!

  • GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP).

Children with a Chronic Condition Management Plan are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $61.80 per session, for up to five sessions per calendar year (face to face only). You can speak with your GP to find out if your child is eligible and to obtain a referral.

Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorder (such as Autism Spectrum Disorder) and Eligible Disability Services program

Children who are currently seeking assessment or diagnosis for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) may be eligible for Medicare-supported occupational therapy sessions. This can include assessment and diagnostic support, as well as early intervention, with an approximate rebate of $83 per session.

To access this pathway, families will generally need a referral from their GP to a paediatrician or psychiatrist (if not already engaged in care). A paediatrician or psychiatrist can then assess eligibility and provide the necessary referral to access funding.
